Free to send · Nothing for your recipient · Links expire automatically

Send files up to 3 GB — free, with one link

Final creatives, campaign ZIPs, video cuts — anything too big to email. Drop in up to 20 files, get an unguessable download link, send it to anyone. Files upload straight from your browser to secure cloud storage (Cloudflare R2) and delete themselves when the link expires: 3 days free, 30 days with PRO.

How it works

Three steps, nothing for your client to install

1

Drop your files

Up to 20 files and 3 GB per transfer. Big files upload in 10 MB chunks with automatic retries, straight from your browser to storage — a wobbly connection re-sends the failed chunk, not the whole file.

2

Get your link

One unguessable URL for the whole batch. Copy it into an email, a Slack message or a client ticket — the recipient needs no account and installs nothing.

3

It cleans up after itself

The download page shows every file with its size, a per-file download button and the exact expiry date. When the link expires — 3 days free, 30 days PRO — the files are deleted automatically.

“Active storage” = the sum of your transfers whose links haven’t expired yet. Expired transfers free their space automatically — nothing to manage.

This tool does upload your files

Most Studio-Tools work entirely in your browser and upload nothing. Send Files is the deliberate exception — transferring files to someone else is uploading. Here's exactly what that means:

Where files live. On secure cloud storage — Cloudflare R2 — encrypted at rest. The upload goes browser → storage directly; our server keeps only the file list, sizes and expiry date, and never sees the file contents.
Who can download. Anyone with the link. Links are long random tokens — unguessable in practice — but they are not password-protected, so treat the link itself as the key and share it only with the people you mean to.
When files vanish. At link expiry (3 or 30 days), automatically — plus a daily sweep that clears abandoned half-uploads after 24 hours. There is no recycle bin; an expired transfer cannot be restored.
What not to send. Files are encrypted at rest, not end-to-end: don't send passwords, key files or anything you wouldn't attach to an email. For creative work — the job this was built for — that trade-off is the right one.

The full plain-language rules for every tool are on how Studio-Tools handle your files.

FAQ

Send Files, answered straight

Is Send Files really free?
Yes — sending is free with a free account, and there is no watermark on anything. Your recipient needs nothing: they open the link and download. The disclosed limits: a free transfer holds up to 20 files / 3 GB, its link lives for 3 days, and a free connection can keep up to 4 GB of un-expired transfers live and start 5 new transfers a day. PRO ($25/mo or $199/yr across the whole suite) raises the cap to 10 GB per transfer, stretches links to 30 days and gives 40 GB of active transfer storage (+50 GB blocks available).
Where are my files stored?
On secure cloud storage — Cloudflare R2 — where they're encrypted at rest. This tool is the deliberate exception in Studio-Tools: unlike our validators, compressors and converters (which run entirely in your browser), a file-transfer tool's whole job is uploading. The upload goes straight from your browser to the storage, our server only keeps the file list and expiry, and the same plain-language rules live on the how-we-handle-files page.
When are my files deleted?
Automatically at link expiry — 3 days after upload on the free tier, 30 days with PRO — with a daily cleanup pass that also removes abandoned half-uploads after 24 hours. An expired link shows a clear "this transfer has expired" page; the files behind it are gone. There's no recycle bin and we can't restore an expired transfer, so download what you need before the date shown on the link.
What's the maximum size I can send?
3 GB per transfer free, 10 GB with PRO — across up to 20 files. Big files upload in 10 MB chunks with automatic retries, so a flaky connection re-sends the failed chunk rather than starting over. If a free batch is bigger than 3 GB, split it into two transfers or go PRO (free keeps 4 GB of un-expired transfers live; PRO keeps 40 GB — four full 10 GB sends).
What does PRO add?
Four things for this tool: 10 GB per transfer instead of 3 GB, links that last 30 days instead of 3, 40 GB of active transfer storage instead of 4 GB, and no 5-transfers-a-day cap. Your download pages are also fully white-label — no DigiLakshya branding or badge anywhere on the page (like our other share links). It's the same single Studio-Tools PRO plan that unlocks every other tool — not a separate subscription.
Do these tools use credits or tokens?
No — never. Every tool is free to use with sample or daily limits, and PRO is a flat $25/month ($199/year) for unlimited use of all 31+ tools: no credit packs, no top-ups, no per-use fees. Many comparable tools bill per credit (remove.bg, CloudConvert, AdCreative.ai) — here one flat subscription covers everything. See tools pricing.
