Create share link (free account) uploads the creatives to DigiLakshya for a hosted URL your client can comment on and approve — with version history when you publish updates. Until you click it, nothing leaves your browser.
Honest about what touches our server
The board and the live previews are free. Only one path — the optional hosted link — ever uploads your creatives off your device.
- Free board — no account needed: load any number of static images and HTML5 .zips, preview them live at native size, replay, remove and download originals, all in your browser.
- Previewing is fully local — every creative renders in your browser and nothing is uploaded until you choose to create a share link, so unreleased work stays on your machine while you check it.
- "Create share link" = hosted — this path does upload the creatives to DigiLakshya so we can serve a clean URL you send a client. Don't use it for material that can't leave your device.
- Client comments + approval are free — on every hosted link, free account included. Your client pins a note on one creative (and on one second of an HTML5 ad’s timeline), you reply and resolve, and they approve size by size — no account needed at their end. Publishing an update keeps the same URL and archives the previous round as a version. What PRO adds here is the email alert when a comment or an approval lands.
- Hosted links: you control the lifetime — Pro links stay live until you delete them (or auto-expire in 30 days if you choose that at creation); free hosted links expire after 3 days. Deleting a link takes it down immediately.
- Board size and storage — a free hosted board can be up to 6 MB and a Pro board up to 22 MB, stored in your plan’s file storage.
- Sandboxed previews — HTML5 ads run inside sandboxed iframes on the board, so a creative renders without scripting the page around it.
