Prices checked 19 July 2026 on thebrief.ai/pricing (creatopy.com/pricing now 301‑redirects there after the rebrand — older “Creatopy” quotes are stale), canva.com/pricing and bannerbear.com/pricing, with each billing toggle clicked rather than assumed — both The Brief and Canva default to the cheaper annual view. Monthly‑billed rates are shown first; annual saves 26% on The Brief’s Pro tier (17% on its Team tier) and “from 16%” on Canva. The Brief’s Pro is a flat single‑seat plan, not a per‑user price; its ad‑serving and multi‑seat features sit on higher tiers ($99/mo Ultra, $59/seat Team). The Canva page is bot‑blocked and was served to us India‑geolocated in ₹, so the USD Canva Pro rate is not quoted here — your price will differ by region. Bannerbear showed no annual discount, prices in credits (1 credit = 1 image), and its $49 Automate tier includes no team members at all. A grey “—” means the vendor’s page did not state it and we would not guess. Celtra was considered and dropped: its pricing is sales‑contact only, and it is an enterprise creative‑automation platform rather than a like‑for‑like tool. Our $35/mo is the flat PRO price across 35+ tools, not a price for this tool alone. It is also not one of our battle‑tested tools — only the QA checkers and Backup‑JPG are in heavy internal production use here. Not given rows of their own on this table, but true and worth knowing: custom or non-listed sizes.
Check the package before trafficking.
Measured from the running ad in the preview — things static analysis cannot see. These do not affect the QA score above. They take one reading 3.6 s after the ad finishes loading (early fallback at 1.5 s); hover, expand and click states are not driven for you — click the preview yourself to record the exit.
Checks run on your device — the ZIP is opened in your browser and never uploaded.
Drop the ZIP and get 23 checks across 11 ad-server profiles — 13 read from the package, 10 measured from the ad as it runs — plus a replayable preview with a day/night backdrop, and a console and resource list, read entirely in your browser. Adloom does more, with 40+ checks and automatic fixes, at $49/month. Google’s free validator now shows “no longer maintained”, and it uploads your creative to a URL its own page warns is publicly accessible.

| One tab of a 35-tool subscription — this validator isn't sold on its own | Free gets the complete report — nothing held back — for 5 banners a day. PRO ($35/mo, $280/yr) removes the daily cap and adds the other 34 tools. Two of the three rivals here are free outright, so the bundle only saves you money if you want the rest of the suite. | $49/mo Starter buys this one product | standalone · $0 |
| Your ZIP and its contents never leave your machine | JSZip opens the archive locally and the preview inlines packaged assets as data: URIs, so the creative is never uploaded to us, never stored, and never given a shareable URL. | —cloud product; not stated | its own page warns the uploaded creative is publicly accessible to anyone with the URL |
| No credits, no overage bill | Nothing is metered by credits and no run ever bills you extra. Free does carry a daily counter — 2 a day with no account, 5 with a free one, rolling over at midnight, with a repackage counting as one — and PRO removes it. Re-validating the same ad still spends a run. | 150 scans/mothen $0.25 per extra scan; next tier up is $199/mo | —free; publishes no scan cap |
| Plays the ad and catches its runtime console errors in the same pass | Replay and a scrubbable timeline, a night/day checkerboard backdrop, plus Details / Resources / Console tabs beside the report — and 10 runtime checks read from the ad while it plays. | —not stated | —bare pass/fail, no report |
| Border check reads the ad's actual rendered pixels | Beyond grepping the CSS it samples luminance rings on the rendered canvas and reports thickness and light/dark. Canvas-based ads (Animate/CreateJS) only — DOM/CSS banners get the CSS check alone, and it is warning-level, never a hard fail. | —not stated | —not stated |
| Repairs the package, not just the report | Every repair is listed and individually vetoable, your original ZIP is never touched, and the output is re-validated so the before/after score is measured rather than claimed: strips editor junk, drops unreferenced files, steps image quality down toward the profile’s weight cap, adds a clickTag declaration where none exists (additive only — existing click code is never rewritten) and can capture an end-frame backup JPG alongside. Formats and filenames are never changed, so recompression alone cannot always reach the cap. | advertises automatic fixes; the specifics are not itemised on their page | bare pass/fail, no report |
| Number of automated checks | 2313 from the package (zip, primary HTML, assets present, weight, file count, click‑through present and wired, click URL, ad.size meta, HTTPS, naming, animation length, border) plus 10 measured from the ad as it runs: broken images, blank frame, text under 9px, copy clipped by its container, WCAG AA contrast, copy outside the frame, clickable surface and size, and real animation length. Across 11 ad‑server profiles. | 40+plus automatic fixes | —not stated |

Prices checked 19 July 2026 from each vendor’s own pages. Adloom: $49/mo Starter, flat not per seat, monthly billing — its annual toggle advertises “Save 20%” but the discounted figure did not render for us; scans over 150/mo bill at $0.25 each, and the next tier up is $199/mo, so real spend can far exceed $49. Google’s validator is free and has no pricing page, but it is not a live product anymore: the tool displays “This tool is no longer maintained”, still carries pre‑2018 DoubleClick branding, deprecation was announced for April 2025, and the Campaign Manager 360 help article’s own link to it now 404s — so a pass there is no guarantee CM360 will accept the ZIP. It also uploads your creative and warns on its own page that the file becomes publicly accessible to anyone with the URL. Bannerflow was dropped deliberately: it is a creative‑production platform rather than a preflight validator and its pricing is quote‑only, so including it would flatter us unfairly. A grey “—” means the vendor does not publish that fact, not that the answer is no. Where we are weaker: Adloom runs more checks and will repair the ad for you; we only report. Our 10 runtime checks need the ad to render, so a creative that draws its copy into a <canvas> reports the text checks as skipped rather than passed. Weight and file limits outside Google Ads’ published 150 KB are our own sensible defaults, shown on screen so you can judge them, and the Adform and Flashtalking click‑convention patterns are written from documented behaviour rather than validated against a live export from each platform. Free covers 5 banners a day with nothing held back.

Prices checked 19 July 2026 on the vendors’ own pricing pages; ad‑tool vendors reprice and rebrand often — creatopy.com/pricing already 301‑redirects to thebrief.ai/pricing after Creatopy became The Brief. Monthly and annual rates are stated separately because both The Brief and BannerBoo default their toggle to the cheaper annual rate (“save −26%” and “save up to 40%”), so the first number you see on either site is the annual one. The Brief’s Pro is a flat single‑seat plan and BannerBoo’s Start is one editor, so both scale with headcount — The Brief’s per‑seat Team tier is $59/seat/mo. BannerBoo runs frequent promotions and has sold lifetime deals, so your quote may differ — and note its $15 Start plan is not the one with the multi‑size generator, which is the $49 Plus plan. Google Web Designer has no paid tier at all, so there is no billing basis to state; it is a desktop install, not a browser app. Bannerflow and Celtra were left off the table deliberately: both publish no rate card at all (“we’ll provide a tailored pricing estimate”, and Celtra states outright that it provides custom pricing), so no honest price row is possible — but both are end‑to‑end platforms with versioning, localisation and live campaign updates that are entirely outside our scope. A grey “—” means the vendor publishes no such figure, not that the feature is missing. Within our own studio the QA tools and Backup‑JPG are the ones in heavy daily production use — not this one. Not given rows of their own on this table, but true and worth knowing: unlimited free HTML5 export with no paid plan; real design tool: timeline, custom fonts, video, interactivity.

Rival figures read from each vendor’s own pages on 14 September 2026: monthly‑billed, in the currency the vendor shows, for video. Convertio’s page opens on its cheaper annual rate, so the monthly prices here are the month‑to‑month ones; CloudConvert’s “from” headline moves with its credit slider, so the figure here is its subscription minimum. The last row is blank on both sides because neither vendor states anything about output fidelity — their “priority” tiers buy speed, not quality. Everything in our column is sourced from the tool itself. Worth saying plainly: only a MOV or MP4 turned into MP4 at its original size is a lossless copy — every other conversion is a re‑encode, one generation down from the original; MP4 re‑encodes use the fast engine, while WebM and GIF output (and WebM sources) play through in real time, so a 30‑second clip takes about 30 seconds. Exporting needs a free account.

| Starts from a layered PSD | Photoshop layers, groups, text and clipping bounds are read directly. Flat PNG/JPG/WebP work too, as one image. | The classic brief for these services | Figma or Sketch first; PSD support is the exception |
| Text stays real text | Live type layers become selectable, searchable HTML with headings and buttons — not a picture of words. Type rasterised in Photoshop can only come across as an image, and the tool says so. | A human writes the markup | Yes, from the design file’s own text nodes |
| Fits every screen out of the box | The exact design scales to any width with the text re-measured live so it stays crisp. An optional beta additionally reflows your top-level groups into stacked mobile sections. | If you brief and pay for the mobile design too | Usually needs responsive rules set in the design file |
| You own plain HTML/CSS afterwards | index.html, styles.css, runtime.js and an images folder. No framework, no build step, nothing phoning home — host it anywhere. | Whatever stack you briefed | —Often React/component output tied to the platform |
Your creative under each platform’s real UI and safe area, before you publish.

Overlay the reserved UI for 27 placements across 9 platforms, with the exact percentage insets and a link to the platform’s own published spec on 19 of them — then download your file with the overlays merged in, animated GIFs stamped frame by frame. Prices checked on vendors’ own pages 19 July 2026. Adpiler: $49/mo month‑to‑month vs $39/mo billed annually, flat per account with unlimited users but capped at 10 new campaigns/month, 2 GB and 1 white‑label, with six add‑ons priced separately from $9/mo (and an API at $99/mo); its upper tiers are $99, $149 and $249/mo billed monthly. AdKit’s checker is free on its own tool page and we hit no signup wall, but the page makes no explicit “no account” claim, so treat that as observed behaviour rather than a vendor promise; AdKit’s separate paid plans are for other products and are not quoted here. Meta Creative Hub states no price in either direction — it neither charges nor declares itself free — and its page served us localised content, so a reader elsewhere may see different copy. A grey “—” means we could not verify that capability on the vendor’s own pages, not that the vendor lacks it. Your creative is never uploaded by this tool — the one outbound request is for the GIF encoder library, which means the CDN sees your IP when you export a GIF. That privacy claim is about this tool specifically; Send Files, the Creative Review and Ad Preview share links, team chat attachments and the Projects and Leave backends do use a server. Platform safe areas move — re‑check ours against the linked specs before a big launch. Not given rows of their own on this table, but true and worth knowing: in-feed mockups with client comments and approvals.
Shrink a packaged HTML5 ad. Then watch it run before you send it.
The ZIP you download holds the optimized files — junk entries are dropped, and any file the encoder could not beat ships as its original. Everything runs in your browser; the ZIP never uploads.
A normal archiver can’t help here: the PNGs, JPGs and fonts inside an ad package are already compressed, so re-zipping saves almost nothing. Doing it by hand works, but it’s unzip → compress → minify → delete junk → re-zip → hope you’re under the limit.

Compared July 2026. 7‑Zip and Keka are free archivers with no affiliation to DigiLakshya — a general‑purpose archiver re‑deflates the container, but an ad package’s images and fonts are already compressed, so the saving is usually negligible. Doing it by hand genuinely works; it just takes several tools and a manual limit check. Free covers 5 ZIPs a day with the full optimizer per run; PRO removes the daily cap — the subscription otherwise buys the other tools in the studio.

Adpiler is the purpose-built ad-preview platform, and it’s good — but it starts at $49/month ($39/mo billed annually) and meters new campaigns on every tier: 10 a month on the entry plan, 200 a month even at $249/mo. The same core job — a live board of real, running creatives your client can open — is free here, with no campaign count at all, and your creatives stay on your machine until you choose to share.

Checked 22 July 2026 on adpiler.com/pricing with the billing toggle clicked both ways: Small $49 · Medium $99 · Large $149 · Extra Large $249 per month on monthly billing ($39/$79/$119/$199 billed annually — the lower figures often quoted are the annual rates). Every Adpiler plan meters new campaigns per month (10/50/100/200) and storage (2 GB/10 GB/unlimited/unlimited); to be fair, team members, customers, ads and revisions are unlimited on all their plans — the meter is campaigns, not people — and in‑feed social mockups, RSA mockups, video and PDF proofing are real capabilities this board doesn’t have. Basic white‑label (one subdomain + primary colour) on Small; unlimited white‑label from Medium; 14‑day trial, no permanent free tier; add‑ons from $9/mo. GoVisually: Lite $20/user/mo, Pro $40/user/mo (3‑user minimum) on monthly billing — $16 and $33 are the annual rates — trial only. Neither vendor is affiliated with DigiLakshya, and an agency living in ad previews daily may still want Adpiler. A “—” means we could not verify that capability either way from public material, not that it’s missing. Here the board, the client & campaign library, the live HTML5 rendering and the downloadable share file are free with no campaign count (the file carries a “Made with DigiLakshya” badge); hosted share links start on the free plan too (5 new links a month, live 3 days) — white‑label, client comments + approval alerts, 50 links a month that last 30 days or never expire, and the storage behind them are the Pro part; the $30/mo Agency pack makes links unlimited.
PageProof and Filestage are full proofing platforms, and they lead where a big team needs it: automated multi‑step workflows, due dates, reminders and integrations. Both start at $249 a month on monthly billing. PDF Proofing does the core of the job — a link your client reads page by page, comments pinned to the page or on the exact words, a decision per document, and the same PDF back with every comment as a note.

Prices checked 19 July 2026 on each vendor’s own pricing page. Litmus carries no dollar figure at all — only “Get Enterprise Pricing” and “Contact Sales” — so we quote no number rather than repeat a third‑party estimate. Email on Acid is mid‑migration to Mailgun Inspect (transition began June 2026), so its plans and prices may change; its page states $99/mo without specifying a monthly‑vs‑annual basis, and previews over quota bill at $0.15 each. Its $99 Basic tier buys previews and nothing else: the accessibility tests, HTML code analysis and spam content checks all sit on Premium at $199/mo, so we have marked those rows to the tier that actually has them. Mailtrap’s Basic is $17/mo billed monthly or $14/mo annually, and includes 3 users rather than being per‑user — but it requires routing mail into a sandbox over SMTP or API, so it is a developer workflow, not paste‑and‑go, and its pricing table does not say which tier includes the spam score or HTML checker. A grey “—” means we could not verify that capability on the vendor’s own page, not that it is absent. Our own gaps, stated plainly: no spam‑filter score, no SPF/DKIM or blocklist testing, no send history, no ESP integration and no team review workflow — and the client previews are rule-based simulations, not real-client screenshots. Live link validation exists on Pro: an explicit click sends the link URLs (never the email) to our server, which checks status and redirect chains. Internally only HTML5 Ad QA and Backup‑JPGs are in heavy production use; this one is newer. Not given rows of their own on this table, but true and worth knowing: spam-filter score, auth records and blocklist testing.

Prices checked 26 July 2026 on zoho.com/invoice/pricing, waveapps.com/pricing, getharvest.com/pricing and freshbooks.com/pricing. FreshBooks was running 90% off for six months; the REGULAR rates are quoted here, not the promotional ones, and it charges $11/month per extra team member on every standard plan. Wave was running $9.50/month for the first three months on Pro. Harvest’s annual billing is 20% off. A grey “—” means the vendor’s own page did not state it and we would not guess. Our $35/mo is the flat PRO price across 35+ tools, not a price for this tool alone. This is also not one of our battle‑tested tools — only the QA checkers and Backup‑JPG are in heavy internal production use here. Not given rows of their own but true and worth knowing: this is not accounting software — there is no bookkeeping, no expenses, no bank feeds and no tax or GST/VAT filing, and it does not know your jurisdiction’s rules. There are also no recurring invoices and no automatic payment reminders, no mobile app, and invoice numbering auto‑increments locally without enforcing the legally sequential, immutable numbering some countries require.

Prices checked 22 July 2026 on each vendor’s own site. GlobalVision (globalvision.co) publishes no pricing at all — only a demo request and sales contact — and third‑party listings have historically quoted $395–$795 per licence, which we could not verify on their site, so no number is shown. Artwork Flow (artworkflowhq.com/pricing) lists Free at $0 per user, Professional at $30 per user/month and a custom Enterprise tier its page says “starts at $8000 per year, based on artwork volume”. A grey “—” means the vendor’s public pages did not state it and we would not guess. The category is a partial match on purpose: both are artwork‑proofreading / label‑management platforms aimed at regulated packaging — the closest paid equivalents we could verify, not like‑for‑like ad tools. Our own gaps, stated plainly: no spelling or grammar engine, no comparison against an approved source document, no barcode or Braille inspection, statics only (JPG/PNG/WebP/GIF — HTML5 ZIPs and emails have their own tools here), and OCR can misread heavily stylized display type — when it cannot read reliably the tool says so rather than inventing passes. Internally only HTML5 Ad QA and Backup‑JPGs are in heavy production use; this one is newer. Our $35/mo is the flat PRO price across 35+ tools, not a price for this tool alone.

Both meter in CREDITS, not files: Convertio charges 1 credit for “documents, images, fonts, and audio” and says complex conversions “may require more credits”, so a day’s allowance is not ten guaranteed conversions. “No third‑party ads” means no outside advertising — you will still see our own Pro prompts. Prices checked 19 July 2026 on todoist.com/pricing, ticktick.com/about/upgrade and microsoft.com. Todoist’s prices are region‑gated — the page loaded in INR by default and had to be switched to USD, so your quoted price will differ by country and adds local tax; the $5 rate requires paying a year up front. TickTick publishes only an annual price on its own upgrade page and runs a standing 25% education discount (US$26.99/year); in‑app‑store purchases price differently. Microsoft To Do is free but requires a Microsoft account and stores your tasks in Microsoft’s cloud. A grey “—” means we could not verify that item on the vendor’s own page, not that it is missing. Our own feature rows were read from the tool’s source, not from marketing copy. Clear your site data and the list is gone unless you exported the JSON backup. Not given rows of their own on this table, but true and worth knowing: recurring tasks, reminders and notifications.

Compared July 2026. Canva Pro is $15/user/month billed monthly, or $120/year (≈ $10/month) — a one‑person licence; regional pricing and frequent promotions mean your quoted price may differ. Canva is a far broader design suite than this tool and isn’t affiliated with DigiLakshya; the comparison is only about these three image jobs. “A free online splitter” covers tools like PineTools and ImageSplitter — genuinely free and good at the one job, but they don’t edit or resize to spec, and whether your image is uploaded depends on which one you pick, so that row is marked unverified rather than guessed. Image Slicer is free with no signup and nothing is capped — slicing, editing, resizing, cropping and downloads at full size, as often as you like; the subscription covers the other tools in the studio.
Your design is already finished — this turns it into a working email. Slice the artwork into email‑safe rows, draw clickable link areas over the CTAs, and export table‑based HTML plus the images ZIP.

Prices checked 19 July 2026 on stripo.email/pricing, reallygoodemails.com/pricing (beefree.io redirects there since the RGE Studio rebrand) and topol.io/pricing — each vendor’s entry paid tier, with monthly‑billed and annual‑billed rates stated separately because they differ. Stripo shows annual as “20% OFF” and runs frequent promotions. Topol’s PRO is a flat plan that includes three team members, not a per‑seat price — so per head it is the cheapest option on this table, and it publishes no per‑tier export quotas, so its free‑plan limits could not be verified. A grey “—” means we could not verify that claim from the vendor’s own pricing page today: none of the three advertise artwork slicing or drawn link areas, but absence from a pricing page is not proof of absence from the product. Our real limitation: this builds image‑first email — live HTML text only where a PSD carries text layers (the Editable text version), no template library, no ESP integration, and no way to re‑edit later without the original artwork, so the emails are heavier, less accessible, and show nothing useful when images are blocked. It is also a young tool (live since 16 July 2026) and not yet in heavy day‑to‑day production use here. Not affiliated with Stripo, Beefree/RGE Studio or Topol. Not given rows of their own on this table, but true and worth knowing: drag-and-drop editor with live, editable text; template library to start from; save a project and reopen it later.

Rename apps are good with files but know nothing about campaign conventions. Taxonomy platforms enforce the convention but never touch your files. This does both — and it’s the only one that rewrites the links inside a renamed HTML5 ad, so the ad still runs afterwards.

UTM builders are a different job: CampaignTrackly (~$15/user/mo) and UTM.io (from $19/mo) generate tracking URLs and their parameters — useful, but they don’t produce the ad‑server‑safe campaign and creative names this builds, and they never touch your files. None are affiliated with DigiLakshya and none of them show third‑party ads. Desktop renamers process files locally too — the difference here is the campaign‑naming half and the in‑ZIP link rewriting, not privacy. Generating names and the old → new preview are always free; the 5‑a‑day cap applies to CSV and renamed‑ZIP exports.

PDF24 is genuinely free and unlimited and we are not claiming otherwise — the difference is where the work happens: their web tools upload to their servers by their own description, ours never leave the tab. Compared 14 September 2026. WeTransfer figures come from their own plan-limits page and pricing: free = 10 transfers or 3 GB in any rolling 30‑day window with 3‑day file retention; Ultimate $23/mo, billed monthly (Teams $19/user/mo, 2‑user minimum) — the Starter tier we used to quote no longer exists. WeTransfer isn’t affiliated with DigiLakshya — it’s a mature product and its per‑transfer allowance is bigger than ours. Our free limits, stated plainly: 3 GB per transfer, up to 20 files (zip a folder to send more), 5 new transfers per day from one connection, 4 GB of live un‑expired transfers at a time, and links that expire after 3 days. A “—” means we could not verify that detail from public material.

Prices read on 19 July 2026 from govisually.com/pricing, filestage.io/pricing and ziflow.com/pricing, with each billing toggle clicked rather than assumed. Two of the three default to annual, and their widely quoted headline figures are the annual rate: GoVisually Lite is $20/user/mo billed monthly ($16 billed annually, 1–5 users; Pro $40/$33 with a 3‑user minimum), and Filestage Starter is $249/mo billed monthly ($199 billed annually, 10 seats, extra in bundles of 5). Ziflow now follows suit: Standard is $249/mo billed monthly ($199 annually) and Pro $399/mo ($329 annually) — re-read 21 September 2026. All three run promotions, so your quote may differ. A grey “—” means we could not verify that capability from the vendor’s own pages — it is not a claim the feature is missing. Our own limits: the public share link is view‑only, capped at 25 MB and expires after 3 days, and the 5‑exports‑a‑day free allowance is a soft browser‑side counter, not a server‑enforced quota. And we won’t overclaim maturity — of everything in this studio, only the QA checkers and the Backup‑JPG generator are in heavy day‑to‑day production use here. Not given rows of their own on this table, but true and worth knowing: due dates with automated reminder emails; clients comment and approve from the link without an account.

Projects tracks the day, not the quarter: open any date and unfinished work rolls forward, start/stop timers run against an estimate, and a revocable read‑only link shows a client exactly where their jobs stand. Asana, ClickUp and Trello are cheaper per seat and ship Gantt charts we don’t — but each is a single product, billed on its own.

Prices checked 19 July 2026 on asana.com/pricing, clickup.com/pricing and trello.com/pricing — each vendor’s cheapest paid tier, not a flattering top tier. Monthly‑billed figures are given first, annual in the note. ClickUp’s page renders only the annual rate, so its monthly rate is left unstated rather than guessed. Asana and Atlassian run regional pricing and frequent promotions, so your quoted price may differ. monday.com was considered and dropped: its page did not separate monthly from annual clearly enough to quote honestly. A grey “—” means we could not verify that item on the vendor’s own page — it is not a claim they lack it; assume they may well have it. The 5‑person row compares monthly‑billed against monthly‑billed: 5 × $28 = $140 for us, 5 × each rival’s monthly per‑user rate, with their cheaper annual figure in the note. ClickUp’s page renders no monthly rate, so its monthly cell is a dash. Projects is one of 35+ tools covered by the same subscription and is PRO‑gated for teams; signing up starts 15 days of PRO free with no payment method, and can be cancelled any time. Report export is CSV and .xls (an HTML table Excel opens), not a native XLSX workbook. Not given rows of their own on this table, but true and worth knowing: your board data stays in your browser; automations, integrations, public API, mobile apps.
Work saved in HTML5 Ads Builder and links published in Ad Preview land here on their own, organised client → campaign → round. No manual filing, ever.
On a team, each member sees their own work plus the campaigns opened to them. Owners and admins see everything, and grant or revoke access campaign by campaign.
When someone asks for a campaign they can’t open, the deciders get an email and a count on the Files button in the rail — approve or decline at the top of this page.
Apply, approve, balances by type, a month calendar, company holidays, roles and CSV export — on the same subscription that runs your QA checkers, banner builders and file delivery. Timetastic, Vacation Tracker and Leave Dates are cheaper per head and automate accruals, which we don’t; none of them ships the other 34 tools your studio opens every day.

Prices checked 19 July 2026 on timetastic.co.uk/pricing, vacationtracker.io/pricing and Leave Dates’ own site — all quoted monthly‑billed, with the annual rate in the note. Leave Dates’ widely‑quoted “from £0.75” is the yearly‑billed rate; its monthly‑billed Starter rate is £1.00, and its prices exclude VAT and are offered in several currencies, so a reader’s quote will differ. Vacation Tracker’s $2/user carries a $50/mo minimum and its Complete tier a $100/mo minimum, so small teams pay well above the headline. Timetastic runs no billing toggle but does offer 50% off to charities, Certified B Corporations, Fair Tax Mark holders, 1% for the Planet members and NHS trusts. GBP figures are not converted to USD — compare at today’s rate rather than treating the gap as a multiple. BambooHR was left off the table deliberately: it is a full HR system of record (list price $10/employee/mo at 25+ employees, flat from $250/mo below that, but every path routes to a sales quote) and we do not replace it. A grey “—” means we could not verify that item on the vendor’s own page, not that it is missing. Our own limits, stated plainly: five fixed leave types, balances tracked on Casual and Sick only and never actually enforced, single‑level approval with no substitute approver, no multi‑level chain, and Saturday/Sunday hardcoded as the weekend — which breaks outright for six‑day and Gulf‑region work weeks. The $200 figure is the self‑serve price; it is also the only one you can actually buy today. Not given rows of their own on this table, but true and worth knowing: company holidays skipped when counting leave days; public-holiday calendars for your country, built in.
