This Privacy Policy explains how DigiLakshya Services Private Limited ("DigiLakshya", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit digilakshya.com (the "Site") or engage our offshore digital production services. - Usage & device data — IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and time spent on the Site.
- Cookies & analytics — collected through Google Tag Manager, analytics tools, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag (see Section 4).

Where the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we process personal data on the following bases: your consent (e.g., for non-essential cookies and marketing); the performance of a contract with you; our legitimate interests in operating and promoting our business; and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Cookies & tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use it. These include:
- Google Tag Manager / Analytics — to measure and analyse Site usage.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag — to measure campaign performance and enable advertising features.
- Our own server-side visit log — a first-party record, set no cookie and using no third party. For each page view we store the page address, the referring site, your country, your device type (mobile, tablet or desktop) and, if you are signed in, your account name. For signed-out visitors we do not store IP addresses: the IP and browser are converted into a one-way code using a secret that is regenerated every day, so visitors can be counted within a single day but cannot be recognised across days. Addresses of shared preview links are recorded with their access token removed. Raw entries are deleted after 90 days; only aggregate counts are kept beyond that. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in understanding how the Site is used, and this log is not used for advertising or profiling.
Your choice, and where it applies
If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, none of
the third-party cookies above are set until you choose. On your first visit a banner asks, and
Reject is offered as plainly as Accept. Until you accept, Google's tags run with all
storage and advertising signals set to denied (Google Consent Mode v2), and the LinkedIn Insight Tag is
not loaded at all. If you accept, we record that choice in a first-party cookie named
dl_consent, kept for twelve months, so you are not asked again on every page.
From anywhere else, these cookies are set when you arrive, as they were before.
Changing your mind. Wherever you are, you can withdraw or grant consent at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. Refusing there stops the LinkedIn tag being loaded and sets Google's signals to denied, whichever country you are in. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything already processed before you withdrew it.
Our own server-side visit log is unaffected by that choice: it sets no cookie, uses no third party, and is not personal data in the sense the tags above are — so there is nothing to consent to. 5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:
- Service providers — trusted vendors who support our operations (e.g., hosting, analytics, email, and project management tools), bound by confidentiality obligations;
- Professional advisers — such as accountants and legal counsel where necessary;
- Authorities — when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process; and
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
6. Client project data
Materials you provide for production work (brand assets, copy, images, and other files) are used solely to deliver the agreed services. We treat this content as confidential, do not use it for any unrelated purpose, and return or delete it on request, subject to our retention obligations.
7. Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, including to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.
8. Data security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International data transfers
DigiLakshya is based in India and serves clients worldwide. Your information may be processed in India or other countries that may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.
