Free Email Preview for Client Sign-off

Drop an HTML e-mail and see it the way your client will read it — on desktop and phone, in Gmail and Outlook, in dark mode and with images off — then send one link they comment on and approve.

Previewing runs in your browser. The e-mail is uploaded only when you create a link — links need a free account. Client views are simulated, not screenshots.
Why use it

Every view a client asks about, one click each.

Devices

Desktop, Tablet and Phone, with phone sizes, rotate and a desktop width you can change.

Clients and conditions

Browser, Gmail or Outlook; Light or Dark; Images on or off — and they combine. Compare puts two clients side by side.

Comments that keep the view

The client pins a comment and it remembers the view — "Phone · Gmail · Dark" — and opens it again when clicked. Then they approve.

From Email QA and back

Run QA sends the e-mail to Email QA for its checks; e-mails from EDM Builder and Email QA can be sent here.

How it works

Drop, check, share.

1

Drop the e-mail

Its .html file, a ZIP of its folder (the .html with its images), or Paste HTML. Images in a ZIP are packed into the e-mail on your device.

2

Check every view

Switch device, client and theme, turn images off, compare two clients — and Run QA for the code checks.

3

Share one link

One click makes the link: the same e-mail page, where the client comments on the view they are reading and approves.

Why ours

Made for e-mail sign-off, not another inbox test.

Nothing uploaded until you share

The e-mail is previewed in your browser. Only a share link uploads it.

Your name on the link

With the Agency pack the link is served from your own domain — the client never sees ours.

Part of one workflow

FAQ

Quick answers.

Are the Gmail and Outlook views real screenshots?
No — and the tool says so. They are simulations built from each client's known rules: Gmail drops what Gmail drops, Outlook's Word engine squares corners and ignores what it ignores, dark mode recolours as those apps do, images-off shows your alt text. They catch most surprises before a send, but always send a real test before the real send.
What can I drop in?
The e-mail's .html file, a ZIP of its folder (the .html with its images — they are packed into the e-mail on your device), or pasted HTML. Several e-mails at once are listed; each gets its own link (up to 10).
Which views are there?
Desktop, Tablet and Phone (with phone sizes, rotate and a desktop width you can change), Browser, Gmail or Outlook, Light or Dark, Images on or off — and they combine, so Gmail + dark + images off is one click each. Compare puts two clients side by side; full screen gives the e-mail the whole window.
Does it check the code too?
Run QA hands the same e-mail to Email QA for its 41 checks — image paths, links, Outlook support, the 102 KB Gmail clip and more. Email Preview itself warns when the HTML is over Gmail's clip.
What does the client see?
The same e-mail page, on your link: device first, with the client views under Advanced preview. They pin comments — each one remembers the view it was written in, so "Phone · Gmail · Dark" comes back with it — and approve the e-mail.
Is anything uploaded?
Not while you preview. Only when you create a share link is the e-mail uploaded, because the client has to open it. Links need a free account: 1 a day and 5 a month free.
Can the link carry my agency's name instead of yours?
Yes. With the Agency pack ($30 a month — unlimited hosted links and +50 GB storage included) email preview links go out on preview.your-agency.com, with your logo and no mention of us — plus a subdomain for each client. See how it works.
Do these tools use credits or tokens?
No — never. Use and preview every tool with no account. A free account downloads any single result at full size, with no daily limit. PRO adds Download all, every banner size, more share links and saving to your account. A few things keep a small free allowance: QA checks (2 a day with no account, 5 with a free one) and hosted share links (5 a month, 1 a day, live 3 days). PRO is a flat $35/month ($280/year) for unlimited use of all 37+ tools: no credit packs, no top-ups, no per-use fees. Previewing is free; share links need a free account. See tools pricing.

Get the e-mail approved before it is sent.

Free to preview, with links on a free account. Desktop and phone, Gmail and Outlook, dark mode and images off — and comments that remember exactly which view the client was looking at.
