A free project manager built for studio days

A day-based tracker where active work carries forward on its own. Get KPI cards, a completion ring, a drag-and-drop board and an inline table — start solo for free, then invite your team to a shared board when you're ready.

Free to use in your browser with no signup — your solo board stays on your device.
What it does

Track the day, not just the deadline.

Every feature below is in the free, in-browser tool — grounded in how studios actually run a day of work.

Carry-forward

Each day is its own board, and any active project rolls forward to the next day you open until it's Completed or Archived — so unfinished work never falls through the cracks.

KPIs & completion ring

Live KPI cards for total, active, due-soon and overdue projects, plus a completion ring showing what share of the day's work is done.

Board or table

Drag projects across Not Started, In Progress, Review, Completed and Archived — or work in an inline editable table. A 7-day strip jumps you between days.

CSV / Excel reports

Filter by date range and client, preview jobs with an hours-by-client donut chart, and export to CSV or Excel — with estimates and, optionally, chat history.

How it works

Up and running in three steps.

1

Open today's board

Launch it in your browser — no signup. Add a project with its client, type, priority, deadline and ETA, right in the inline table.

2

Work the day

Drag projects between columns, nudge progress, and let anything unfinished carry forward to tomorrow. Watch the KPIs and completion ring update as you go.

3

Report or share

Export a CSV/Excel report for a client or date range — or enable team mode to invite teammates to the same board with roles and permissions.

Built for teams

Solo today, a shared board tomorrow.

Start on your own for free. When it's time to work together, turn the same board into a shared team board.

Shared board & email invites

Invite teammates by email to a shared server board — everyone sees the same projects, and changes sync between you.

Roles & per-field permissions

Owner, admin and member roles. For members you choose exactly which fields they can edit — assignee, status, progress, files, chat, deadline and more.

Discussion, @mentions & files

Every project has a comment thread with @mentions that pulse until read, plus a list of file paths and links so the team knows where the assets live.

FAQ

Quick answers.

Is it really free, and do I need to sign up?
Yes — you can open the Project Manager and start tracking work straight away in your browser, with no signup. On the free plan your board is private (just you), and covers Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow with up to 3 projects. Team collaboration, unlimited projects and planning any day on the calendar are Pro features. There's no download to install — it runs on the Studio-Tools page.
What does the solo board actually do?
It's a day-based studio tracker. Each day has its own board, and active work automatically carries forward to the next day you open until you mark it Completed or Archived — so nothing gets lost between days. You get KPI cards (total, active, due-soon, overdue and a completion ring), a 7-day strip to jump between days, a drag-and-drop board and an inline editable table, plus per-project priority, status, progress, deadline, ETA and type.
How does team collaboration work?
Enabling team mode turns your board into a shared server board. You invite teammates by email, and everyone sees the same projects live. There are three roles — owner, admin and member — and for members you choose exactly which fields they can edit (assignee, status, progress, files, chat, deadline, and more) with per-field permissions. Team mode is a Pro feature, and each teammate needs their own active Pro account to join.
Can we discuss projects and attach files?
Yes. Every project has a discussion thread with comments, and in a team you can @mention teammates — mentioned people see an unread pulse until they open the thread. Each project also keeps a list of file paths and links (references to where the working files live, not uploads), so the whole team knows where to find the assets.
Can I get a report for a client or a date range?
Yes. The report view lets you pick a date range and filter by client, then preview the jobs in a table with an hours-by-client donut chart, and export the whole thing as CSV or Excel. It can include per-project estimates (final hours + a note) and, optionally, the full chat history. Reports are owner/admin only in a team; solo and free users see a sample so they know what to expect.
Where is my data stored?
On the free/solo plan everything lives in your browser's local storage on that device — it isn't sent anywhere. When you enable team collaboration, the shared board is stored on the server so your teammates can see it. Want other free browser tools? Try the Campaign Name Generator or Bulk Rename.
