Important details explained
1. Calculation based on a 6-hour overnight charge using a dedicated 7.2 kW home EV charger,
delivering 43.2 kWh of charge to your EV. At the EV Night Boost off-peak rate of 7c/kWh, this
would cost approximately $3.02. Calculation assumes top-up charging, not charging your EV
battery from 0-100%. Actual costs will vary depending on the type of charger you use, your
location, your energy usage, charging habits, and whether charging occurs entirely within the
Super Off-Peak window (midnight to 6.00am). A smart meter is required
2. Range estimate based on 43.2 kWh of charge delivered over 6 hours using a dedicated 7.2
kW home EV charger. Assumes energy consumption of 14–20 kWh per 100 km, depending on
EV model and driving conditions. Actual range may vary based on factors such as vehicle type,
battery size, load, terrain, weather, and driving style.
A Basic Plan Information Document (BPID) is available on request. A BPID is an information
sheet containing the key details of this plan. Full terms regarding your energy plan are available at EV Night Boost Terms and Conditions and Market Retail Contract.
